On 14 September 2021, at 1430hrs, 中华医院 (Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution) very own 中药贩卖机 powered by our SmartRx Vending Machines had been officially launched!

Our vending machine currently puts on sale some of the most sought-after Chinese medicine in the institution to provide greater convenience for the public to purchase the medicine as an alternative to purchasing them from the counter. This will help to ease the waiting time for the buyers and reduce the workload on the counter staff. In addition, since the buying process at the machine is very simple and totally self-serviced, buyers can get the medicines they need even when the counter staff is away and not available.

At present, this machine only supports NETS payment. Since majority of the users in Singapore have access to NETS and are familiar with using NETS to make payment, buyers will not have any problems paying for their purchases at the machine and will find it very easy and convenient to use the machine.

The machine is currently located at Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution HQ at Toa Payoh.
